Family Shoot in the Studio

Family Shoot:

Last weekend Elaine's family, and a 'cat', spent an hour in the Studio for their family photo shoot. Using the white vinyl backdrop we managed over 100 high-key shots ranging from the family standing, sitting and laying down. Then to finish the shoot we posed the two girls on their own, and then the youngest changed into her favourite cat suit for some fun shots.

As you can see from these few sample shots the family relaxed very quickly and started to really enjoy the experience. Working quickly we were able to keep the children's interest and click for the whole hour virtually un-interupted.

Each family shoot can be very different depending on the family and what the original brief was. Whether you are looking for a 'venture' style high-key shoot like this one, a low-key shoot, or want to experiment with throwing colour gels onto the background for a portfolio, we have the skill, imagination, and the studio to be able to exceed your expectations.

ASC Photography New Studio in Gretton, Northamptonshire

New Studio:

In April we opened our new purpose built studio in Gretton. Following an ever increasing order book for our renowned All-inclusive Wedding Photography, we have been able to expand by building a new studio. This modern building boasts heated wooden floors, feature walls, Multiple backdrops and a permanent showroom display of our Wedding and Portraiture products.

We have always offered a portraiture service but felt that the images were being compromised by the environments we were having to work in. Our studio now allows us to offer a portraiture service to our clients with the confidence of knowing that we are now equipped to produce stunning images. Photographic studios are currently closing almost weekly, leaving very few studios that can produce professional images for the discerning client. We are therefore proud to be bucking the trend and offer the full spectrum of studio packages including Family Shoots, Make-overs, Portfolios and Commercial Product Shots to name just a few.

ASC Photography taking Kids Portraits at Cheeky Monkees - Corby

Affordable and Convenient Kids Portraits:

We are excited about our new venture to bring Professional Portraiture to everybody without the need to book one of our full Studio sessions.

Cheeky Monkees is one of Northamptonshire's Premier indoor play & party zones for children. ASC Photography will be regularly attending to provide a walk-in portrait service to all of their customers. The service will allow parents to have a portrait taken of their children in approx 5 - 10 minutes, choose the ones they like from our viewing station, and wait less than a minute to have a 6"x8" photograph printed on our state-of-the-art dye-sublimation printer. Prices for an individual 6"x8" photo will start at just £10.

Not everyone wants, or can afford, a full studio portrait shoot. This service will fill the gap and give everyone access to a Professional Photographer.
